Our ceremony will be held at 4:30 p.m.

 

The Pres House was established in 1907. This striking Neo-Gothic stone building is an architectural lankmark on the UW-Madison campus. It is just steps away from the Memorial Union and Lake Mendota, at the foot of State Street and in view of the State Capitol. Newly renovated in 2007, the Pres House maintains its historic charm with beautiful stained glass windows and hand-carved woodwork.

 

Parking: There is public parking in the Lake Street City Ramp just one block away (You can not drive or park on State Street).

 

Transportation to the reception: The reception is about a 10 minute walk from the church. For younger people (or the young at heart) we highly suggest you walk down State Street and check out the cool shops and bars on the way to the reception.

 

We will also have our party bus available for shuttling guests from the church to the reception while we are taking family pictures. The party bus will leave four times to transport guests. 

 

For those of you driving, there are parking ramps next to the venue.
